Try this link as it gives you all the Affiliated Clubs within the WCSAA league. If it is non-league clubs you are looking at, then give me a PM.
As you are in the northern suburbs, Tygerberg rock and surf or Goodwood Angling is closest, but you are welcome to join any club of you choice as Four Oceans, Two Oceans and Falsebay have guys from you area fishing for them.
