I am also looking for something similar. It's a drag, dragging my Skiboat down from Jhb everytime i wnat to go to sea.
I am a member of RBSBC and the garages there are like gold. Once heard of one coming available but on checking, found it was 'for sale' and included the boat in there. Unfortunatetly could not motivate a fourth vessel to management.
I will monitor this thread to see if you get any responses, but if you find /hear of something you don't want, it would be cool if you would pass it on to me, cause maybe it could work for me me.

There is some storage 30km north of Richardsbay the ad is on the meerensee skiboat club website.
I also know the waiting list for the lockers at the rbsbc is lke a 3 year waitng period.
And there is only 17 boat stand on the club's property and the waiting iis for 24 boats
So getting anything at the club is impossible
Only problem is the doors are only 3m x 3m and is a bit small for my boat.
Will see if I can get the number for you

How's this for an idea
If we can get enough people interested, I woud rent a small warehouse ( +- 200 m[sup]2[/sup] ) and fit in quite a few boats.
Am coming down RBay way for a day or two next week then on to Vidal with my little Jetski

I store my boat there, it has also become a hassle towing my boat down everytime from Pretoria and the need to travel with 2 vehicles if we have to take the caravan as well for our longer holidays.
It suits me fine as it only 25kms from the RBSBC( where I'm a member also) and whenever I go to Vidal , I tow my caravan, put up my camp , then drive to Kwambonambi and pick up my boat, all in the same afternoon.
They have different size lockers available, just find out what they have available. Mine is 14m x 3m x 3m.
Every locker has its own alarm which is linked to armed response which is 300m down the road from the storage
