Dam: Boschkop Vaaldam

Location:To the right of the dam, on a cement block with on Bloekom tree.

Month: July 2010

Conditions: Early morning good stable conditions with very light breeze from left to right over venue. The afternoon there was a styronger breeze from right to left blowing towards the camp. Mostly sunny and fair waether witha couple of clouds 

Dip/Combo: Drop of S-FX/Hot Honey/Looti, Quotro/Tjop Tjop, Starwlic/Yellow Activator, TAC/S-FX, Dusk and Dawn/Banjo/Drop Cherry, 2006/Blertsie

Bait: Dam SWD, Sprite SWD and Brown Bread 

Distances: Morning appr 40 - 50mtrs,  Afternoon appr 60-80mtrs

Fish Caught: 17

Species Caught: Carp 16, Muddie 1

Comments:  Created a feeding spot at both distances mentioned above by feeding 10 bols. I tried deeper, however couldnt produce any results. The catches listed above is split between two angler. My brother caught the biggest of the fish with no feeding spot. I will post the pics tomorrow.

The combo dips you used did you mix them all together then dip the floaties ?

17 catches, not bad at all. Formatting a good idea for archiving purposes....

Below is the combo's I used per rod. I only dipped the SWD in combination 2 and 5 with Duska and Dawn.

1. Drop of S-FX/Hot Honey/Looti,
2. Quotro/Tjop Tjop,
3. Starwlic/Yellow Activator,
4. TAC/S-FX,
5. Dusk and Dawn/Banjo/Drop Cherry, 2006/Blertsie
