Relocating of Carp....illegal?

Was the Carp relocated at Harties

How can they allow it as getting permits for relocating of carp is allmost impossible.

There is Yellowfish in that system.

Please anyone with more info?

Again Jake, they were assisted by the Hartbeespoort Fisheries, and they had the necessary permit.
