Reels for casting

After our discussion of rods for casting long distances I got to thinking about reels for casting long distances. After all the dynamics of guides, line etc where discussed its obvious that reels also play a role. There are a few reels out designed for casting. What are your thoughts and which reels would you recommend. Saw these and they look awesome.

They both will work well for casting. I will probably chose the TN 6000 as they not to costly . Cant read the price on the box ,but should be under R300

Die magnums of Nighthawks gooi die verste in my opinie.

Omdat die spoel so groot is en omdat die lyn nie so diep sit nie, is dit definitief minder weerstand vir die lyn om af te kom.

Die Magnums gaan net nie vreeslik lekker werk vir kompiterende hengel nie anders het ek nog een gaan koop lol!

i would suggest that you put a few Rands extra and buy the Daiwa emcast big pits which is of  a better quality, then the carp cruncher .

alternatively look at the Docks big pit reels.

My opinion is Goed koop is duur koop.

i forgot teh most important aspect , you ned to be comforatble with  the  reel and it needs to fit your budget.

Baie keer is daai winkels se pryse in hul ads net om jou daar te kry en dan is hul kamstig uit verkoop ???

fritz jy het n punt beet...maar uit vorige ervaring weet ek dat die WA in boksburg se pryse nogal goed is. Ek koop meeste van my goed daar...maar om terug te kom by die katrolle weet ek dat die Daiwa baie goeie reviews kry.
