Good day all, this might be a stupid question but I dont know so I'll ask it here

How does rain affect fishing not as in for the comfort sake of yourself for the fish are they the same through out the different conditions outside of the water or does rain effect them heavily?

Sometimes I have had smashing fishing in the rain..Sometimes not..not today!!! hahaha Sometimes the bite has been on and then it starts spitting and the bite turns off slowly and next thing the heavens open and I am standing there soaked to the bone on the rocks waiting for a bite that never comes till I pack it in tail between the legs.. There is more associated with the rain though that makes more of a difference than the rain like pressure ja, but who knows..
