Hi all,
Thx for the replies and for welcoming me.
This raggie took the sliding tuna head at around 5am the morning of Monday 01 April on the harbor wall at the lighthouse. My boet fought him with a Shimano beastmaster 14ft, Penn Phathom and T-line 30lb. This fight lasted about an hour. He did not budge to go right of the wall to be landed on the beach but instead he choose to be landed inside the harbor on the main slipway. according to measurements he weighs in at 123kg.
It was a real mind blowing achievement as it was my boet's first raggie. All and all a good end to a wet and windy fishing weekend.
