Hi guys and gals

Caught this guy in a quick session after work in Goedetrouw Dam. Measured 52cm, any gueses on weight? Was in a very heathy condition.

That was a "calculated" guess on a FISH-WEIGHT calculator !

I only found one that acccomdate saltwater species but not freshwater. I wish my fishy was that heavy but it is highly unlikely. Thanks for your effort. I'll go look for another weight calculator.

That Fish is just over 3kg or close.
52 cm = 20.8 Inch
Quick way to estimate Length (inch) x Girth (Inch) x Girth (inch) / 1200 = Lb /2.2 = Kg
4Kg is 60cm+

I would guess it to be just over the 2kg mark, 2,2 maybe .... no fishweight calculators though, just guessing. Comparing rod and reel in background etc.
