Me, Wilmy and a couple of other guys decided to go to the fishtank today and man did we have a blast...well it was tough at times...
Was quite overcast this morning and the bite was on...My first fish weighed in at about 2.5KG then Schalk came and caught a nice 1.5KG, quickly after that i was on my second fish and man did it give me a fight, weighed in at 3.1KG and my PB...This was about 11:00, so we decided to go for a brunch at the cafe, We all had a Farmhouse Breakie, this is one huge breakfast, anyways got back on to the water and the sun came out, i thought this would be good but i was wrong, the fish just went dead quiet, so i decided to do some dropshotting, me and Wilmy decided to go to a deep spot,Wilmy was quickly on and this was his PB of 3.3kg, after this the fishing went dead for another hour...then i hooked another beuat of 1.7kg.
Struggled the rest of the day, went back to the spot where i caught my two first fish and this was taking ages, but the fish took me and gave me one helluva fight, weighed in at 2KG
So at the end of the day.
Hugo: 2.5KG, 3.1KG, 1.7KG and the 2KG and couple of rats
Wilmy:3.3KG and a couple of rats
Schalk: 1.5KG and a couple of rats
So me and Wilmy had a 5fish bag weighing in at: 12.6KG...Not bad...
If this was a float tube comp 3fish bag:7.6KG...Not bad...hehehehe
Sorry guys i know this feedback isnt very interesting, just very tired..
