PVC 80 Composite

Hi,

Has anyone used PVC 80 Composite materials for a boat refurb, Namely Bulkheads and decking.

How does it take to hand layup for lamination?
How does the strength and shear properties compare to Marine plywood.

I DID a weight comparison of PVC 80 and Marine plywood. The weight difference is close to 20 Kgs per board,Less any Lamination materials.

The cost is not much more than marine plywood.
