Primrose dam (Bass o mania)

Hi everyone!
I want to go and try out Primrose dam ....
According to Google street view, you can access the dam right from the road!
Is this a private dam, and do I need to contact someone to make arrangements?
I know Coetzer from "The Brawling Bass and Tackle Shop" goes there often, but I can't get hold of him. Bass O Mania's website is also broken?
Any ideas?

The Primrose Dam is in Bronkies. Definitely Worth it, we held our club comp there, lots of large Carp and Bass and Barbel.
