When I opened this tread regarding the use of Lead core I expected some comments not personal attacks to surface - If U guys feel the need to attack one another or his opinions I'd suggest a stop to it. Not saying it's happening & I'm really enjoying our share of knowledge here but since it's an open forum be frank about it & voice your opinion. Besides I notice there is a first name basis here so you guys know each other - "where's the problem?"

Some of us have been in this game for some years now & I for one will say - "We are not Pro's by a long shot" but base our discussions on "experiences" where we've succeeded & failed in catching carp. What I always say is: Fight it out at the water - each using his own method & the biggest fish wins no argument. Anyway chaps take it easy - after all we're all one carp family. Enjoy the fishing.

Hey guys we all have our own opinions and in discussing/debating, some people could sit up and take note, especially those that arent familliar with the specimen fascet and want to get into it.

"all I do is look at all the possibilities and I try to also bring in the experiences that I had" - I try and do that too, but nobody's perfect. But as you said, the more info given here the better.

Even at a specific venue that has a "no pulling for a break" rule in place, done by newcomers and EXPERIENCED anglers alike. And they DO have a canoe/boat right next to them to use!

I do not see your comments as a personal attack, as you say we know each other long enough ;) , but just a discussion with opinions raised. (Which is always welcome...) You would've noticed on this and other old forums that my days of getting personal with ppl are long gone.....I've had more than my share in the past, hehehehe....

So Basspro, keep your pants on man... lol!:fbash

Thanks Johan, I also don't want this to become personal. My fighting days are also over.
So guys chill, it is about time that we differ on some issues as well. Nothing wrong with that.

we always discuss where to get different tackle from. maybe we should start discussing where to get nice big hand bags in different styles. now come guys help MC out...hes looking for a nice big hand bag with padded shoulder strap,preferebly in camo :)
