Stacy Koma:
DESPITE THE SUCCESS OF PROJECT LIKE OPERATION NEPTUNE,WHICH EVEN THOUGH IT HAD ITS FLAWS ACHIEVED OUTSTANDING RESULTS, THE MONUMENTAL SUCCESS OF THE OVERSTRAND MARINES AND NOT TO FORGET THE PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF THE SPECIALISED ENVIRONMENTAL COURT, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE PROJECTS WERE SHUT DOWN AND ARE NO LONGER OPERATIONAL, SO ONE HAS TO ASK THE QUESTION – WHY

has anyone read the newspaper? One of the most frustrating things is how beside the fact that these guys are just getting away with it is that we are suffering because of all the poaching. Just think about this diving ban?

always a difficult situation when you mix politics, no brains and a real problem....

Yeah, it's crazy indeed.  And keeping the recreationals out of those areas means they have no eyes and ears there anymore.  I've lost a few prime (secret) diving spots where great fish can be found in the kelp - steenbras, cracker and a few other!!

Ho hum!!
