The secret is palms facing down and on your chest, then you are pulling with your biceps.

i agree with moggy...palms down is a huge key... also hold one hand the dyneema wish bone and pull until you can get both hands on either rubbers... i used to grab one rubber pull until i could reach the other rubber and skew the rubbers(one side was longer than the other) ment i shot skew... long arms help..lol

also len jones does a rad information book... i know there is a dive shop in DBN its like R12... i dunno where you can get in PE.
