hi guys i recently bought a tom-ski fishing ski 2ND hand ,it looks decent on the top but under has alot of patches.However the ski does not take in water .If i had to damage the ski where could i get it repaired?could i buy a patch and repair it myself? advise would be much appreciated on anything i can gain as this is my first ski.

The beauty about fibreglass boats is the ease of repair, really anyone can do it. The dif ference between the pros and the rest of us is the pros do a repair and you won't notice it....
I wouldn't worry about patches, as long as they aren't flaking along the edges you're ok.
There are loads of places to buyfibreglass, most hardware stores stock. But if you're not confident, take it past Eric's canoe shop, stealth or pinnacle and they will help you.

thank you id rather swing by to erics and have them look check it out for me ...another quick question ..my bro has a erics tunny when we go out to sea it for about a hour and half it takes in approx 1 cup of water .Is this common ?or shud we be worried his tunny doesnt turn into a anchor

I wouldn't worry about a cup or five, as soon as you start to leak in over a litre or two it's time to figure out where it's coming from!
