Get into contact with the guy at Paarl Pets. Dont have his number, but a member here on Sealine, Dynamicthings, is a member at Paarl Angling Club. So send him a PM to get the contact number.

The last that I heard, was that the dam is only open for members of Paarl AC and that permission is not granted lightly to any outsiders.

Just hear if this is still the case.
