OLD or NOT

My retired friend started unpacking his "mancave" as he has unlimited time on hand now.
He stumbled across some trace wire, seemingly bought in the pre-historic period:fbash:lol:1

It reads "Golden Brown non corrodible stainless steel music wire".

The funny part on the outer description reads as follow.....Specifically manufactured to lie straight, & Ideal for Fisherman's use as traces, leaders etc".

Had to share the golden oldie & pre-historic tackle

::tight:::tight:

Hmmm....At the risk of admitting my age.....I also still have a packet of old piano wire in a box. That was the stuff we generally used when making up wire traces for shad fishing.

;);););)_seal1_ No matter exposing your age, what counts is recognizing the wire & being able to associate yrself with the good old days & tackle of the day.
