So we all know the Okuma Makaira is probably the beast of all large spool reels and probably on par with a saltiga. Okuma then came out with the Metaloid spinning reel which looks like a proper mid size reel and superb quality. Cannot beat stainless gears! It seems though they put a holt on it probably due to some issues in testing etc...Does anyone know if they will be releasing it again? They look like they could be a very very good reel.
