This okuma cedros i did for Aiden Aspeling of WP angling. The reel was in need of a service more for the drag from what i found. We had a mission trying to reach the agents then the new agents, eventually i said leave it to him i will fix everything myself. This is a nice reel well built, great gears, great drag, not bad really BUT the centre drag plates are NOT stainless but MILD STEEL, YES CORRECT. After the first wade guys start having drag issues, jerky drags, rusted drags, seized drags which then makes short work of the carbon washers. I made drag plates out of stainless steel and sorted the washers out as well. It was really a lot of work, a full day infact but my client needs this sorted to fish and i did it for him.
