In no way was this about the competence of Ryan Hansen and his boat building ability or understanding of buoyancy, it probably was my misunderstanding of what he explained to me. Ski Vee’s have been around for 40 years and I doubt Ryan would have got it wrong so thanks for the info will keep it in mind.

Please don’t let this thread go South I was mealy trying to get some opinions from the “kennas” that do this for a living.

Wasn't a stab at Ryan's ability to build boats! If you misunderstood buoyancy, he should have explained it to you! Ryan builds a great boat!

Cool, last thing I wanted was to create a debate on a subject that I dont know enough about.

I am following your boat closely and would even appreciate a test ride on yours when you take it for a test because I'm keen on buying one myself!

You are more than welcome to test with us, I have just confirmed with Ryan that I will come down on the 6th of April and we will test on the 7th, if you would like to meet at DBN Yamaha I think will be the easiest or we can arrange closer to the time.

The motors are arriving on the 29th of this month so all that will be needed is hanging and gauges. I will send some photo's on Monday with t-top, carpets, paint finished etc.

Hi Johnno

Good to hear from you, my fault though as I have been hectic at graft, I will be doing a hike with my son in the Berg over the long weekend, I am fetching "SUSHI BAR" this Saturday in DBN though.
