Dankie dankie.... hardloop maar erg rond die laaste ruk. Het gister my sliders geplant tussen 'n skool babers, maar hulle wou niks weet nie....

Just another important note. Keep your loodkoppies SMALL, mine was as big as a bird until Ryan showed me how big they should be.... But whats that story about big bait = big fish...?

I saw a guy land a 14kg on a size 5 loodkoppie yesterday - YES barbel can sometimes be fussy and they will accept only finesse baits

Deon.What type of line are you using,remember that braid is generally very visible,and when the cats are finnicky it has helped me to tie on a rod length of fluoro of maybe 60 pounds ,just to make sure that they aren't line-shy.
