Noerdhoek Bass

Can you access the water from public land at all? If you can and are on the water, being freshwater, in a kayak or floattube etc. then its fair game. Trespassing isn't fair game but maybe there are other ways and means? It depends on whether the water is enclosed by private land or not, or if it is connected to a greater water that has public access (ie. not enclosed)..just saying..

I don't think you can, but stand to be corrected. In any case there would be fences etc that you would have to traverse with your boat to access the waterways near the houses.

Ja, hopefully people will just leave it be and not ruin it for those lucky few who do have permission to fish there (sadly, I am not one of them...although I suppose it is just a bass after all. If it was rampant leeries or elf on the other hand....)
