hey guys
i went to ngubevu on sunday morning with 2 friends, we left at 4 in the morning, its a 1hr 15 min drive, we caught about 15 scalys/natal yellow all between 1kg and 2kg, we did catch smaller ones as well but not much about 5, all were release we only kept 3 for the pan. bait used was phutu. i had my drag abit tight on my one rod, forgot to loosen it up and i had a good bite and my rod went into the river, luckly my friend had a cast and managed to hook the eye on my rod and pull it out, and fish was still on, just glad i got my rod back.
