Very new to Sealine. Great to see a site like this is up and running, good job, keep up the good work.
Finally decided to dust off my dropshot rig and get involved again... I bought a rig about five years back. Went fishing about three times, once in the Durban harbour (walking the banks, caught nothing).
Second time was off the North Pier in Durban. (Got one Bonnie about 1kg on a Fluke smokin Shad.)
The third was at the La Mercy lagoon when the mouth was open. (Nothing caught).
Then work took over.
Anyway i hear all sorts of stories about fishing in the Durdan harbour now. I've fished there since I was a kid. At least 33 years. Apparently we are banned from fishing there now..? Can anyone one tell me for sure if thats true.. And if so where are the hot spots now?
