Newest Floattube on the market

Anyone that owns a float tube is a "DAM DUIKER".

Sure it must be the new thing in Vereeniging. Trekker tube with cloth pulled over it.

That float tube will go nice with your 3 litre ford sierra.

Nothin beats the feeling of floating throught the water. Espessially in summer. I like being in the water. I fish from a boat often with a friend but I still like my tube. I've fished from a kayak, boat and bank its not as fun for me. In the tube you are one with nature. Won't mind a triton for those big dams or rivers to do comps but I like fishing small lakes, ponds, quirry holes. Fished the Vaal a few times with my tube aswell and it works wonders. With a boat a person will sometimes move on to fast and not fish a spot properly! I've seen these 300hp bass masters mowing up and down the river and still not catching more fish than me.

Tubes can be very useful when wanting to go for a quick dunk for bass. I was looking to buy a fishing kayak when I started bass fishing. You really get a few nice ones, but personally BucknutZ, a canoe is used to take out pap lines in the Vaal dam!!!!

Looking to buy a proper bass boat but still have to get past the wife. We are going tubing on Saturday looking to catch big winter monsters... hopefully!! You never know!!!!

I wonder what will happen if your in a float tube and a underwater wire / rope raps around your leg, how will you free yourself?

I am sure the tube is more stable than a canoo tho.

Hey!!! we triangletappets have sharp rambo knives that we keep in our sox next to our combs to cut throught anything.... hehehehe!!

I agree there are dangers in using anything. We almost flipped the boat we were fishing from in the vaal in Feb. Basslover made a baywatch dive from the boat, and was named "the hof" or "Pamala" for the rest of the weekend. I personally thought we were going to die!!!

Basslover - this kayak will work lekka in basslake to spot those foooshies underneath you.... hahaha

Happy Birthday JohanVC.

You seem to be the local bassmaster here and had a good finish at the Inanda Classic. What rig are you looking at getting?

Thanks Revo

I would not say i am a bassmaster. But yes had luck on my side at inanda.

I am looking at getting a Bass seeker 570 with a 250 on the back.

Johan.

The Bass Seekers have changed manufacturers. The new ones will be a lot better. I have very good sources that tell me this. The first boat, not sure what model it will be, will be on display at a boat show in August up your way. Go check it out.
