Newbie

Hi Guys

I'm new to fishing ,haven't really fished before and until 2weeks back i decided to buy a new Rod and Reel and get started , great fun and sport
and still learning to tie knots , bait and Cast.

I bought a Sensation Caspian Rod and Diawa Laguna 4000 5bi reel.. Is it good combination ?

please advise me on fishing ,what needed and how to fish

Hi ReefMaster, welcome to Sealine. All of us on this site started at some point in our lives so we understand the confusion and elation of the sport. My best advice is to meet up with a fishing buddy and get the basics down. You will be amazed at how fast you pick up tips and start trying your own combos. Don't be shy, ask when you see a guy fishing, most fishers are stocked to help. Good luck and enjoy!!!!

To try and tell you all the basics to make you a capable angeler would take 10 pages of solid typing lol! I recomend u start off buy buying some fishing books of which there are many excellent ones. Going with a buddy is even better but read up first.
