This is my first post but won’t be my last. I tried to get the hang of the site by reading most of the topics and found a wealth of knowledge in a fountain that don’t stop flowing. I learned more about sea fishing in this last week than what I picked up my whole life. Also mostly because it is local - great thanks to Miles, just love his topics.
At the moment I have a 4.2 Infanta Semi rigid with a 40 Suzuki and use it mostly for crayfish and sport in lagoons, lakes and rivers but I don’t really fish in the sea. I picked up a geelbek by accident in False Bay and caught a big Seventy-four at Umgababa in KZN in the seventies but other than that I come from a freshwater back ground.
I am planning on purchasing a Flamingo 180 with 2 x 50 Suzuki's in October and will then spend more time fishing as my duck is too crowded for that at the moment.
Is there any body with a Flamingo 180 out there? I would love to hear from you.
