Guy as you know we have the DIY section. We are thinking of broadening these sub / forums.

The thought is to create a member tutorial area where members can add their own developed tutorials, being it articles regarding fishing (all disciplines), boating (all disciplines or any DIY project that you think should be shared with Sealine members.

Your feedback on this please.

Not sure about combining them all! I think it seems to work the way it is! If it deserves recognition make it a sticky and let the junk filter through the system.

Good idea !

I think it could work if it can be submitted as a non-reply article. Any discussions regarding an article can be done on the forum.

The search function of any forum outright sucks, especially older posts are hard to find. If a seperate search for the articles could be created it would be a lot better.

Something like a forum wikipedia perhaps.

There are always questions and comments in a tutorial posting. If a new sub-forum is created, one could possibly have a "Gallery" of finished articles/projects/tutorials and link that to the particular posting?

Dit is 'n goeie idea. Dit sal help dat nie altyd vir ons nodig is om elke keer deur julle te gaan as ons iets wil lat post nie.

Lat ons weet wat die vordering is en ek dink dit sal ons almal help. Dink en weet dat daar baie van ons is wat goed kan deel met die res van die mense.
