We are off to Santa Maria in March.  We are getting conflicting versions of whether Moz authotities require a fishing license for rock&surf angling.  Do you perhaps know?

I do not have an idea if you need a lisence or not for R&S.  We normally go on a boat and we have never paid anything except for launching fees.
