Need Help as Newby In Western Cape

Hi All

I am a Afrikaans/ English speaking 38 year old fisherman new in the Western Cape. I would love to go fishng with fisherman that knows their way around this area. I have been a fisherman my whole life and actually composed a small booklet(as attached) to assist me in sucesfully targeting rock and surf fishing in this area. I fish alone due to the fact that i do not know any fisherman in this area but with no success. I need help and a fishing buddy or two.
