Hi guys.

It's the 7th of December, 2 days to go.
Namibia, Mile 108 here we come.

As our journey and adventure comes ever closer, I decided to start this thread and will try and maintain it as frequently as is possible.
Mile 108 has a cell tower, but it runs off a diesel gennie, when there is fuel.

So, the Amatrok is almost ready, have one or two small fittings still to make tonight and some wiring to finish.
The Car-a-van is ready, just need to pack.
The fishing tackle ? well, I know where it is and I know where to get more, if there is space.

The Blackberry, have one now and will learn how to post to Sealine as we go.

For the guys who share our excitement and who cannot come along on our adventure, I hope you will enjoy it with us.

Thanks Koper. Hectic night! People visiting, raining buckets, making stuff for the camp and packing fishing tackle. We will have to stick it all into the van tomorrow.
Cheers buddy.

With all the salt and the lack of fresh water, my fingers grew harder and thicker, I gave up on the blackberry as it was simply sooo frustrating.
They softened up to about 80grit already.

I'll be the first to buy a full size plug in keyboard for Blackberry when it arrives.
