Mystery fish

Found this on the beach in Melkbos. Went through the whole Rudy van der Elst book and still have no idea. Any input?

Looks like the sinker eater. Does it have teeth like Naas Botha? Then it is a rock sucker.

Rock sucker or Toad fish...... use those fugly teeth to pry limpets off the rocks so they can eat the meat

Thanks guys. Definitely a toad fish. Googled it and in the photos it has the same weird, almost muscular pectoral fins as the one on the beach. Probably uses them for leverage when getting the limpets off. Thanks again.
