As promised in my previous post some feedback...I have been useing Dala Acrylic Drawing Ink for some time now It is a very cheap airbrush ink for under R34 per 50mls and this included P&P. Completely waterproof and has lots of nice shiny colours... Remember to use with a Acrylic retarder.The white is no good and has been discontinued I use a Pearl white base coat on top of treated Balsa wood.
After airbrushing I cover the whole lot with Pratley Kraftex Pratliglo...Remember this product is not UV stabilized so some yellowing may occur over a period of time ,but nothing as serious and as rapid as some might suggest.(a tiny drop of uv stabilizer obtainable from duco paint shops can be added but this prolongs the drying time to Biltong proportions)As it is 24 hours coat one another 24 for the final AND YOU DO NEED A ROTATING WHEEL.. I have lots of nice images and tips to share so feel free to pm me ... OK duh. how te heck can I post more than one image at a time F.R.E.D. my pc and I are not yet such good companions
