So far as the Teflon insert - I don't really like it since I have seen a lot of em where the juices and what not get under there and its not lekka..

My cooler has done it and aside from the mission in cleaning after every trip, it just looks really K@K..

A solid Teflon lid however would be great but then that adds to the weight and cost..

Teflon cuttingboard from Discom or PEP +/- R20 just cut it to size and chuck it into the baitbox, easy to clean and if it stain just throw it away

AB,  i use a teflon cutting board which is cut to size and fits in my cooler, when at the beach, place on the cooler lid and cut away. Good thing with mine is it can be washed quite easily periodically during ones fishing session..........works for me!
