Yesterday I decided on a short 2 hour session at a local Farm Dam, a late start 10h00 but fishing is fishing. I used a floating lure, Rapala, looks like a small Kurper. On my 5th cast hey presto, fish on. I was in so much of a hurry to get the fish back in the water that I forgot to weigh it, maybe you guys can estimate for me. The lure that I used got tangled in the net and I could not get it out, as a result all the other lures I used bore no fruit. Very happy about my first fish on lure, can not stop thinking about it.
