Take a spare GPS if you have one.

You never have enough drinking water.

Take Super C sweets.
Rehidration powders from pharmacies, help you adapt quicker.

Take clothing that can dry quickly.

Rain coat, jacket.

Prepare as if you have to survive for some time and no help is around.

Please do not pay the burglars at the border post to help you, do it yourself and rule corruption out.

Fishing license.

The list is really endless... just go as well prepared as you can.  You never know.
