"Miracle Whip" mayonnaise still available?

Our local Pretoria East Spar and P&P used to stock it up to about March this year, but sadly removed it from their shelves.

I usually stock up with 4 bottles at a time as it is a potent ingredient with all my fish/chicken/potjie dishes.

Any info if production of the product has been stopped, or suppliers in Pretoria please.

Not sure but try "exceller" (not Exceller light). It's similar in taste. Other very expensive option is Hellmans. As far as I know, Miracle whip (Kraft) is imported and has probably become too expensive for the distributors.

Incidentally, it's technically not a "mayo" but a "dressing"... something to do with the oil content and the definition of mayo.

I know Nandos use it on their burgers or at least they did when I was a manager there. I'm sure it's still being made, I should check because I love that stuff.
