Bucktails are amazing fish catching things ! And with that Grubtail they can only be even better.

The whole of Alcocks is filled with photos of fish caught on some very plain looking bucktails.

Read an interesting article by the Alcocks in the FISH magazine when they were experimenting with soft plastics and bucktails with grubtails.

they caught some awesome cob on them.

i suppose patience is the key!

I'm also thinking about trying the bucktail with a plastic of some sorts. But cant decide if it will kill the action of the buctail or actually enhance a pretty perfect lure.

I have seen and herd of Bucktails with a curly grub plastics - they are sold together by some brands

SPRO does them. I have tested them in the poool and the action of the bucktail jig is enhanced with the grub tail

how much cheaper is the Mcarthy dropshots compared to Berkley.
Will they be making that scented liquid that berkley has?
btw, i read on another thread that u can buy that liquid in bottles, how much and do you use them?
