Can someone please tell me what this is for?

And if someone thinks you have made a worthwhile contribution, they add some mana to you, cause you're a good guy

You can assign manna to someone if you found the replies they gave you are worth something It basically is a way of showing the persons expertise! But other than that it's useless.
