Making poppers

1. Bought a lathe
2.Scrounged every where I could for wood
3. Turned every piece of wood I could find until happy with my skills there.
4. Bought my extra long (200 & 250mm x 3mm) Drill bits to drill through aforementioned lathe work.
5. Discovered its better to drill first and then turn on lathe.
6. Returned to step 2
7. Begin practising my wire forming and battle to get a neat finish on my twists begin to consider  kidnapping a wire car builder as my work looks like I have hooves instead of hands
8. Buy airbrush set from LGF lie tossing and turning in bed my mind awash with brilliant paint schemes get really stoked
9. Realize I have have only enough money left to by 2 colours of paint  get slightly destoked but sacrifice beer money and buy 4 colours
10. Return home and realise I forgot to buy catalyst and thinners slightly peeved 
11. Go back to paint shop and sacrifice Captain Morgan budget upon the altar of lure building, utterly crushed.
12. Return home and find bottle of Cane decide to share my troubles
13. End up in no condition to Turn, Twist or Paint

Have you bought thinners to clean the brushes you getting on Thurs, and clear coat to seal and protect your painted masterpieces? and have you bought yes yes the list goes on and on and before you know it, you car sleeps outside so you have enough space for all the lurebuilding equipment, paints, additives and accessories and so forth and all that's left to say is: WELCOME TO THE LIFE AND TIMES OF A PASSIONATE LUREBUILDER, the next step is becoming psychotically Obsessed like myself, then you see what spending money on lure making is all about, this week alone I've spend just short of 10K and didn't buy any machines, now that's scarey!!!

Oh my I just realised it's only Tuesday, not leaving the house tomorrow, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, just gave my entire wallet, cards etc to the Boss to take to work with her, eish

I bought the 5 litre Thinners I'm pretty much clued up on maintaining spray equipment I did a lot of spray work for my brother Rory when I worked in his boat repair shop. The Clear coat I still deciding on 2k paint is petty tough as it is and can be buffed up to a good shine, I have considered dipping in epoxy I guess I'll just have to experiment.

2-K Polyurethane from Plascon! The stuff is brilliant, tough and super clear.

Luckily I had most of the big equipment like a drill press belt sander table saw ect. the funny thing is they have never seen as much action in their entire lives as they have in the last month or so
