Hey Guys....Im Going to Maguga Lodge in 2 weeks time and although im a keen Artlure Angler from Salmo Artlure i need some Extra tips on catching Big Bass in the dam for example Plastics...Crankbaits..Spinnerbaits etc....Also the sizes and the colours...Mojo Rigged...Texas Rigged or wheightless??

hi blou kurper!!! was there earlier this year, what an awesome dam!!!! caught acouple over 4, lots over 2!! best bait for us was the big culprit green pumpkin lizzard, texas rigged, fishing in the sunken trees. charteuse spinner baits also worked well in the grass and along the rocky banks

ya but hard to fish them with so much structure.we did get a few on cranks, but most of the bass we caught were right in the trees!!

And at what depth mainly did you get the Bass??

very deep, we got a 3.9 at 30 foot deep!!!!!
