Looking for pencil flares and kayak trolley for bamba

i am looking for pencil flares, where would i find a set? Boating shop? Pretoria area

Then i am looking for a kayak trolley, would make one myself but i am still overseas and Ponta Malongane is 3 weeks away!!!
