Looking for fishing buddies

I am buying a Yammie fx 1800 to fish from (tired of looking for crew to go on my ski boat). I'll be fishing out of Shelley beach mainly I am looking for friends in the area to fish with and that can show me the ropes.

Hola Buds, we here at Shelly will welcome you with open arms. We have a group of 9 or 10 Jetski fishermen and go out every week. We normally launch from Ramsgate but Shelly is no prob.Give us a call when you are in the area and we can hook up. Dorries are coming on the bite rite now. Otherwise game or bottoms are on the menu. Call us.

Let me know when you guys are down here as I live here and am a member of Shelly Beach and have just changed over to Jetski fishing from many years of skiboat and paddleski. Always keen to fish!!!

Hola guys. When you are coming down this area pse give us a shout. We are a group of 16 jetski fishermen and go out regularly. Most of the guys are members at Ramsgate and we always get together at the club afterwards and discuss the day.We launch either at Ramsgate or Shelly depending where we are going that day. We always look forward to the new guys and we get them settled chop chop. We have a few newies and we all seem to cath so there must be something there. Look forward to meeting you.

Hey PeteT and Deep C. I would love to fish with you guys. I live in JHB, and have a house in Umtentweni. I tend to launch more from Hibberdene as its a bit easier to get to from Umtentweni. I launched and fished from Ramsgate 2 weeks ago. No fish bit a huge wind and swell! for  newby on  jetski, it was great fun. My jetski spent a lot of time imitating a submarine :)

We are also comming on the 2nd of Mei.was supposed to be there on monday ,but the weather looks bad bad for noxt week.Can anyone tell me whats going on at shelly, how does the fish bite and are the coutas there?

I'm gonna be at my house in Umtentweni from the 22nd to the 27th of June. I launch mostly out of Hibberdene (am a memebr there), so anyone going down or in the area, please let me know. need to get on the clear blue with some buddies :)

We are eagerly awaiting the sardines and things are starting to hot up.  In the recent Go Fish compo held at Pumula, some good fish were landed.  Some of the more mentionable catches included a 15Kg Tuna on backline, 32.6 Kg Wahoo and some nice Cuta.

I am also a member at Hibberdene and will be on leave from today until the schools reopen on the 13th July.  When you are down her, give me a call on 0832871282 so that we can do some serious fishing.:wfish  I want to run to Protea and also go to Umkomaas for a launch.  The weather has turned a little colder today so that is good for the sardines.
