Looking for a late model Ski Vee 500 Sport. The boat must be immaculate condition, engines must have low hours. All COF papers and buoyancy certificate must be up to date and legal.

I have seen you posted on Gumtree as well, try this link or contact them - I am sure how often they update their site, thus I might be better to give them a call.

Happycarper i would also perhaps contact some of the boat shops and see whats around if you have not done so already? Some shops you can try Nigel Boat & Caravan, PetersWater Sports, Durban Yamaha, Pretoria Yamaha,Swiegers Marine. When i was looking for my Seacat i phoned around and told the guys what i was looking for and one of the guys then told me he knew of someone wanting to sell one! Often the guys dont advertise however tell their local boat shop the are interested in selling if someone is looking? Might be worth a shot, good luck!

I had a look at this very boat, it is nice, but you are paying a premium price just for the engines....

Can anyone share his knowledge but I don't think 4 strokes are the way forward on a Skivee....they a touch heavy, in the region of 100kg each and 40hp 2 strokes are like 80kg each...

It's not a big difference but I am lead to believe that it makes a difference....

I had a Ski Vee 500 with 2x50 2 strokes and she was fine in the rear, I bought it from Durban Yamaha and was treated like a boss the whole time. Ryan gave me a sweet deal and sure he can do you a great deal as well.
