Hi Guys,

Looking to go for an overnight session soon and need any advice I can get. Searched the forum and most of the posts are old. Has any one been there recently and what has worked for you?

Any tips on distance etc? Are small fish still the only fish being pulled out?

Advice on anything would really be appreciated :)^^..

HI

YES mostley small fish,,,we went there twice last week
Caught about +-50 fish from 6am tp 2pm
My wife caught a nice one about 2kg.
After that went to oranjiville side much biger fish there

old post, but want to visit Leboya next week
anybody been there lately, whats the water levels like,
any good fish coming out

Havent been to that side recently, but with the dam level as low as it is (45.8%) you may find there is hardly any water on that bank. Loboya especially has shallow water, thinly spread and likely to dry up quicker. I would suggest visiting one of the other places, like Boschkop for instance. Call them and find out how the water level is to get an indication of what to expect, Leboya is just a bigger gamble imo
