Leader line

Hi Guys
I have spooled my reels with 0.30mm lines and I would like some advise if I should add a leader line? If yes what size should I add?

30mm is quite thick for general pap gooi, most use diam from 18mm -25 mm, with leader from 35mm to 45 mm should persist

stem saam, but 0,30mm helps when thin line is in the water.

pap gooiers like breaking off.

we have even fished 20lb line with no leaders.

then again we paddle bait out.

but ja, 0.18mm to 0,25 mm is the norm with a 17 to 35lb leader where needed
