Not much to report ,due to the dismal weather which affected most of the fishing last weekend, but anyway, here are some pics of what transpired....we fished from Wed evening untill sund(well, whenever the wind gave us a break, which, in reality, added up to very few hours of fishing....

baits were succulantly prepared...sardine/chokka/prawn/crayfish but the wind just cause the fish to go totally off the bite...

Most of Thursday was windy, if my memory serves me correctly, so not much surf fishing was done.We took our chances at the estuary.....the guys tried baits, dropshotting, spoons, plugs but nothing seemed to work...all eyes were on the reports of windguru.com......

Oryx of sealine decided to try some karapau and after reeling out due to no bites, we shockingly noticed what seemed to be tiny leeches/maggots all over the bait!.....need i say more?

The best weather so often turns out to be on the day that we decide to leave, Sunday, and on the very same day, the Bronze brim decided to come on the bite...only 3 were caught though, as only one person fished that morning! the rest of us were just not motivated enough... but it goes to show how different weather patterns affect feeding habits of fish...

Someone once wisely remarked, "I am not discouraged whenever I fail as every unsuccessfull attempt is but another step forward".... Sure, the fishing wasn't as great as it usually is but the trip sure did teach me a few things and it added to my experience.....Tight lines....Maestro
