Last nights ESA show was great. At last they are showing the real detail with graphics detailing the use of currents, the wind, the impact crabs have on your bait etc. Well done!

What did you think of the show?

Damn, missed the R&S section last night. Got home and caught the bits of Craig catching some queenfish. Then at the end of the show I saw snippets of Raymond battling a monster on swimbait tackle. Was that a preview for next week or was that part of the earlier R&S section?

Again, it wasn't on CSN. Instead that had flippen golf on. I'm NOT a happy chappy if I don't get my weekly ESA fix.

But I believe it was quite good. Heard about the shark getting twisted in steel trace.

Phenomenal !!!

So useful, indicating the currents, wind direction and where to cast under those conditions, that was really great info

I hope they continue to indicate casting spots and show us how to read the water etc.. when they are fishing for edibles as well on their favourite spots, this could be very useful

I couldn't beleive it when Lloyd said he was going to send that shark out as a swim bait, i can't tell you how excited i was, and then when Ray's Daiwa 900 started screaming.... Pity we have to wait till next week to see how that epic battle ends up

Ray, Lloyd, if you guys read this thread, you certainly got my attention last night, as i'm sure many other guys on the forum who watched

Great show !!!!

Watched the R&S segment then I had to switch over to that 90210 bullcrapola. Would have rather watched Beavis and Butthead DO America!!!

Don't worry about it Raymond. Do they also cry out when you use dead bait? Practically the same thing, given a day or two in the freezer. LOL!

When you okes going to start with your 30min R&S show?

Ray, i wouldnt give any thought to the people moaning about the swimbaiting... livebait is livebait....

You can use whatever you want as bait as long as it's within the law.

Chopping a live shad's tail off so it gives off more vibrations is no less cruel than swimming a shark as bait.

A fish is a fish end of story. If sardines made beautiful National Geographic photos by jumping out the water grabbing surfboards behind boats, you'd get phonecalls about how cruel you are to use them as bait as well...

We are in the process of getting a letter from MCM or whatever they are called now stating that using a live shark as bait as long as it is within the daily limit regulations is no problem.

If you don't like using a shark as livebait, and you don't use any other form of livebait, from a prawn/bloodworm upwards, then by all means yell in your loudest voice. If not, practise your right to STFU.
