Lately there are so many posts about Langebaan and maybe I am more guilty than others...sorry I say....but I am so excited that the youngsters get focused on this lovely sport and get away from the ugly things that are so freely available.And it is not just drugs and crime you know..it`s also that damn cell phone...walk into any shopping mall and check how they do that finger walking...man I feel sorry for the youngsters...they miss so many things in life as they nowdays have to communicate electronically...where are my days when it was safe to go anywhere...well at least the Baan I guess is safer than most other places and fishing after all is exactly what these youngster need...I am so very proud that you youngsters realise that fishing is a good way to spend your free time.

Lately I am bombarded with questions,that`s ok,but actually most of the info you require are already available right here...go and hit the buttons and check this out:

Im only 14 I got a cellphone but never use it.

In my free time I always go and fish or just walk on the rocks looking for bait etc

If I must choose between the best cellphone or a regular rod I will choose the rod.

Die baan is nou maar net `n lekker plek. Selfs as die wind waai. Kom volgende naweek kuier. Hoop die weer speel saam. Dankertam was lanklaas op die lagoon.

ja im 16 lol im the same like you .....spend most of my time fishing an looking for better spots to fish..hate being on the phone

howsit oom daisy it me brian ( im also 16) dont know it you remember me but i came to to with oom kallie and Mr lawson and Alick earlier dis year!We slept at your house and went out the next day on oom kallies boat (think its name is Tiron T) and your boat...was lekker fun... Hope to come to the baan again soon:fishn

Jis kerels! Eks ok nog ma n laaitie 19.En Langebaan is my plek!!Ek hengel baie van ons kompetisies daar.Oom daisy weet ook nie of oom meer vi my onthou nie ek en Michal ek op n slag n mes by oom kom leen toe ons gan bronzies vang het.

Very good to see the young anglers so active...and yes I remember you all and very proud to know you and being already hooked on fishing.When you are 14 and already a Senior member on Sealine...then you are a man...a fisherman!. You youngsters must get more involved here on the forum...sometimes we need fresh ideas...keep it up guys,I am proud of you!!!

I am 14....oh sorry got that the wrong way round 41....LOL....if any of you guys are around the WESKUS in December then you are more than welcome to give me a call and I will give you all the info you need and where to go,and if MA or PA dont want to take you then WESKUS WAYNE fishing taxi is avalible to you,as I will go fish too...if I dont have plans before hand,but I got my kids with me and they are fishing mad,and they only 8 and 4.....

im going in the holidays but im mostly going to be in arniston :(lol i prefer langebaan more action with the stumps
