was die naweek op langebaan maar het verseker op al die verkeerde plekke gesit ,het spreeuwalle probeer ,die lyn , en paaltjies niks gevang behalwe klein stompneuse en een of 2 klein strepies. het al die aas in die wereld gehad van mossel tot prawn bloedwurm en sardyn????

enige iemand anders beter geluk gehad????

Hi there

I was there Saterday.It was very very windy.We were 3 guys on a rubber duck and got our full quota.Even got some big blow koppe behind the island while shielding from the wind at about 5 o clock the evening.

Quta Cob came out on the Line,and on Friday some Cob at Spreeuwalle.one of 21kg..full quta of big Stumps after 11h00 behind the Island.But i know what went wrong..the fish does not bite..you have to keep the rod in your hand and if you "think" the line is going heavy,then you strike..always like this when a coldfront passes.

They had a photo of a guy's cob bitten off behind the head in last weeks local newspaper. the angler mentioned that the shark was a "bronzie", longer than his boat --- didn't mention the size of the boat. however the shark apparently made quite a nuicence of himself and they had to leave the area -- konstablekop.
have not heard of any "bronzies" been caught off spreeuwalle beach yet, but can't wait for them to start biteing there cause i want to test my new L&F hmg on them...........:fishn
